Timed holds and releases — follow the rep counter in the mirror.
Face Yoga Guide
Circular Eye Periorbital Massage uses tiny fingertip circles near the eye area with about 2/10 light pressure for four-second comfort cycles across eight reps. It targets periorbital relaxation without eyelid rubbing. Skip irritation and stop if burning or persistent redness appears.
On the cover, eyes are softly closed and both hands perform gentle circular massage near the eye area. This is a low-load periorbital massage cue — not a pinch hold and not a resistance press. The goal is comfort and relaxation around the eye.
Sit tall at an eye-level mirror. Soften the jaw and drop the shoulders. Place both index fingertips on the eye-area soft tissue as shown on the cover (avoid eyelid rubbing). Use about 2/10 light pressure and make tiny circular passes for four seconds. Release for two seconds. Repeat eight cycles. Keep your breathing nasal and relaxed.
Mirror at eye level. Shoulders down. Eyes softly closed if comfortable. Set fingertips on eye-area soft tissue before circles.
Inhale to settle fingertips gently. Exhale during four-second circular passes. Release on a calm inhale.
Short mirror phrases — calm, specific, easy to repeat between reps.
"Small circles, 2/10 only."
"Away from eyelid rubbing."
"Release fully every two seconds."
"Calm breathing."
Realistic checkpoints — form, sleep, and SPF still matter more than any single drill.
Periocular heaviness feels less intense after screen-heavy days.
Comfort tolerance improves and massage range stays gentle.
Routine becomes automatic and eye tension is easier to reset.

Optional. Cover shows softly closed eyes; open is fine if you need placement control. Avoid rubbing the eyelids either way.
About 2/10. The skin should feel comfortable and calm, not sore or hot.
Up to five times weekly if skin stays calm. If redness appears, reduce frequency.
It can support comfort and reduce the “tired/heavy” feeling. If puffiness is persistent, sleep, hydration, and allergy check matter too.
Only if your injector clears gentle periocular massage contact.
Stop immediately, lighten contact, and skip that day. Burning can indicate irritation or too much friction.
Often yes, but keep total load moderate. If you feel sensitive, do one drill only.
Skip during eye infection, open skin, or migraine aura with scalp sensitivity.
Notice how the eye area feels calmer within minutes after the set. That comfort signal is the win.
Keep circles tiny and controlled and always include the release phase.
