Timed holds and releases — follow the rep counter in the mirror.
Face Yoga Guide
Forehead Brow-Pinch Smooth places soft thumb–index pinches just above both brows for three-second holds across eight matched pairs. It cues local frontalis softening at the brow base without scraping the midline or tapping. Skip rash, fresh brow procedures until cleared, or sharp bone pain.
On the cover, both hands form soft pinches just above the brows: thumbs under a small skin fold, index pads on top, gaze calm and open. That bilateral brow-base pinch is the placement — different from Forehead Midline Smooth-Out (pads gliding the center), Forehead Tapping Release (rhythmic pads), and Forehead Massage (broader strokes).
Sit tall at an eye-level mirror. Soften the jaw and drop the shoulders. With clean hands, form a light pinch on each side just above the brow — match the cover: thumb under a thin fold, index pad on top. Pressure about 2–3/10. Hold three seconds while you intend the fold to soften, not yank upward. Release two seconds. Reposition slightly along the brow line toward the temples if comfortable, then return toward the inner brow. Complete eight soft pinches total (counting both sides as one matched pair each time). Never pinch hard enough to bruise or crease thin skin.
Mirror at eye level. Shoulders down. Find the brow-base landmark before any pinch — match the cover’s bilateral soft grip.
Inhale as the soft pinch settles. Exhale while you hold three quiet seconds. Blink naturally — do not freeze a hard stare.
Short mirror phrases — calm, specific, easy to repeat between reps.
“Soft pinch above the brows — not the lids.”
“Two to three out of ten.”
“Soften, don’t yank.”
“Match left and right.”
Realistic checkpoints — form, sleep, and SPF still matter more than any single drill.
Brow base feels less clenched after screen blocks on most weeks.
Rested photos may look a touch softer above the brows when sleep is steady.
Soft-pinch form feels automatic. Deep etched lines still need broader care.
A maintenance brow-base set. Supports ease and habits; does not replace clinical care.
Form cues, safety notes, and how this drill differs from nearby guides.
Midline Smooth-Out glides pads across the center forehead. This drill uses bilateral soft pinches just above the brows like the cover — different contact, same neighborhood.
Tapping is rhythmic pad contact. Brow-pinch is a quiet three-second soft fold hold. Choose tapping for circulation bounce; choose this for local brow-base softening.
Massage uses broader strokes across the forehead. This stays as matched pinches at the brow base — smaller landmark, clearer mirror check.
About 2–3/10. A thin fold is enough. White pressure marks or bruise-risk means you are too hard.
Intend softening, not a permanent hike. Tiny upward support is fine; yanking creates folds and wakes the wrong habit.
It can ease a tight, screen-held look. Etched lines still need SPF, sleep, and broader care.
A thin layer is fine if it comforts dry skin. Thick greasy slip makes the pinch slide off the cover landmark — blot.
Five short sets of about eight matched pairs. Daily hard pinching is not better.
Only when your injector clears touch and movement. Early product days are a hard skip.
Give the tighter brow base one extra soft pinch, then return to even pairs. Sleep side often explains the difference.
Move the pinch slightly higher onto the brow-base skin and lighten. Never pinch the mobile lid.
Notice how quickly the brow base softens after a screen block. That calm mirror check is the win — progress before perfection.
