Timed holds and releases — follow the rep counter in the mirror.
Face Yoga Guide
Inner Brow Index Meet places both index pads lightly meeting at the glabella midline between the inner brows for four-second soft holds across eight reps. It cues a quieter frown zone with a clear bilateral landmark. Skip rash, fresh glabella procedures until cleared, or painful scalp allodynia.
On the cover, both index fingertips meet at the center of the forehead between the inner brows — pads touching at the glabella midline, other fingers curled into soft fists, elbows open, gaze calm. That inner-brow index meet is the placement — different from Glabella Brow Gather & Release (a muscle gather without hands), Forehead Inner-Brow Pinch Anchor (thumb–index pinch at the brow starts), and Glabella Point Press (a single center point only).
Sit tall at an eye-level mirror. Soften the jaw and drop the shoulders. Bring both index pads together at the glabella midline between the inner brows — match the cover. Keep the other fingers curled and thumbs free. Pressure about 2/10. Hold four seconds while you intend the frown zone to soften, not scrape toward the hairline. Release two seconds. Complete eight holds. Never dig into the bone or yank the brow skin hard.
Mirror at eye level. Shoulders down. Set both index pads meeting at the glabella midline before any hold — match the cover.
Inhale as both index pads meet at the glabella. Exhale during the four-second soften hold. Keep the jaw unlocked — no teeth clench.
Short mirror phrases — calm, specific, easy to repeat between reps.
“Indexes meet at the glabella.”
“Two out of ten — soften, don’t scrape.”
“Stay off the eye socket.”
“Jaw unlocked.”
Realistic checkpoints — form, sleep, and SPF still matter more than any single drill.
Glabella tissue feels easier to soften after desk hours on most weeks.
Rested photos may look a touch softer at the “11” zone when sleep is steady.
Index-meet form feels automatic. Deep etched lines still need broader care.
A maintenance glabella set. Supports awareness; does not replace clinical care.
Form cues, safety notes, and how this drill differs from nearby guides.
Glabella Gather contracts the corrugator without hands. Inner Brow Index Meet uses flat index pads meeting at the glabella like the cover.
Inner-Brow Pinch Anchor uses a thumb–index pinch at the brow starts. Here both indexes meet at the center glabella only.
Point Press uses a single index at center. Index Meet brings both index pads together at the midline.
At the center of the forehead between the inner brows — the glabella midline, matching the cover.
About 2/10. Comfortable contact is enough. Bone ache or white marks means too hard.
It can ease a tight, screen-held frown look. Structure, sleep, and SPF still matter more.
Five short sets of about eight holds. Quality soft cues beat daily hard scraping.
Only when your injector clears midline touch. Early product days are a skip.
Keep pressure even and watch the tighter side in the mirror between holds.
Yes — one short outward stroke from glabella toward each temple is optional if skin is not irritated.
Lighten the pads and unlock the jaw. The glabella softens; the hinge stays quiet.
Notice how quickly the frown zone feels less tight after a desk block when the indexes stay light. That quiet soften is the win.
